This is very awesome... The only minor critique I could give is that I'd like to see a bit more of a hard edge around the face and maybe shoulders of the girl, unless you've got a specific reason not to. Just right now the way the dragon is rendered, the kid just seems to need a tiny bit more definition to really fit into the illustration.

I could seriously see something like this getting into Spectrum, if not now, then the work you'll be doing in a couple years, for sure, if you keep improving with stuff like this.
