When Mango's father died, he left his family with no one to protect/provide for them. Her brother is determined that their father wanted them all to lead a better, more honest life than the one he had, but the honest life doesn't pay the bills. Though her family does not approve of her path, and her rivals mock her size, she has a fierce personality and is an acrobatic, resourceful fighter. She is able to make weapons out of found objects, and is also able to use the environment and her much larger partner to gain the upper hand against foes. She possesses a sense of honor, respectability, and a deep care for her chosen craft. Keeps to the "old school" of doing things. Certain procedures and etiquette must be followed, whether its leg breaking or extortion, and Mango is discovering the simple pleasure in doing a job well, whatever it may be.
